Sorry to hear that - I recently sold mine and found a classified Ad on ebay (£15) brought in lots of interest and sold it about two weeks later for virtually what I paid for it new. Take a good look at the cars on there to get an idea of prices. Dealers are still selling nearly new cars for above list and prices have gone up on most models so you should be able to achieve a good price.
I just saw a 400 mile TD4 on ebay being offered by a dealer for over £38k!!!!
You didn't mention if yours is 5 door or coupe and auto or manual - also if you've got puddle lights I assume you've got folding mirrors?

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.
