First Evoque spotted in Sydney

Spotted the first Evoque on the road in Sydney!

Pulled up along side and spoke to the driver. He was from Land Rover and said it was the PR vehicle and the first in the country.

Was a 2 door dynamic. A real head turner and bigger than I thought.

Awesome! It will be pretty exciting to start seeing them on the road here in oz... I think they will be a bit rarer here than in the uk....

I'm told one dealer has their cars here now, but Land Rover are not letting them have it as the other dealers would be up in arms.

End Nov for demonstrators I'm told.

Anyone got different info?

Oh, I've never done the "car forum meet up" thing but when we get cars, why not?!

Fanastic to see a NSW number plate on one. After seeing them a week ago at the factory we were well excited, spoke to my dealer and have organized a test drive of a Si4. Have driven the SD4 and I highly rate it so will be interested to see how the Si4 perform.

Custom plates ready to be picked up for mine.. But i had my delivery shunted back a month to Feb :@

Dealers over here are expecting demo's in November.. It didn't sound like end of Nov either..

I don't think there will be many on the roads here.. So very happy about that Smile

I'm told END November definitely now for demonstrators (but would like that to be incorrect!)
