Probably the reason the US keeps everything simple as possible. We're mixed up enough over here!.. Actually we only really need three models:

The Evoque Tea Party: comes with no radio, no navigation, no windows and only drives in reverse.
The Evoque Republican: Broken navigation, radio that only gets Fox News, and is powered by a dual fuel engine that runs on coal and plutonium.
The Evoque Democrat: Mind-blowing sound system, strobe-effect LEDs, and no engine to avoid polluting.

Funnily enough IIRC the site was down for several day over the Christmas period for updates, it was still wrong after that, but as XFullFatTim says there is a disclaimer now right at the start.
