Evoque Alarm Cat

Hi everyone.

Can anyone confirm if the alarm fitted to the Evoque has a Thatcham Cat?

I think it's Cat 1, as it just has an alarm and immobiliser. I could be wrong though.

IIRC there's some sort of info at the back of the owner's manual with the detail, in with the type approvals , not sure though as don't have a manual to hand
A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Thanks for the replies.

I asked because one of the insurance websites wanted to know before it would give me a quote, but my current insurer wasn't bothered and I've stuck with them.

Yes, that's the one and it spits a fur ball out too! Laughing
