Keep hold of it Tim, in a few years time it could be sat next to the white e-type in the Gaydon museum as you walk in..[FACE WITH STUCK-OUT TONGUE AND WINKING EYE]

Well count me in on this one..I thought I could smell burning the other day!

I'll mention it when it goes in for its new tailgate next week. Only 4 workshop visits in the first 5 months... Thud

Build date Dec 2011, only outstanding campaign for my VIN on Topix is the ECO start-stop which I have not got Rolling Eyes

Plenty of rattles, wish they would do a recall for those or supply LR branded ear plugs!

Whilst its title says Eco stop/Start, it does have an assortment of other fixes in there, ie battery charging issues etc

it really does make me laugh when you ring the dealer and they know nothing about it or how long it will take to fix!

my FL2 is booked in for 2 Sep and they reckon 2.5hrs for both Q261 and P033

Read that, our last electrical fault (low battery/gearbox fault warning) was at the begining of March. Returned to dealer, new battery fitted and the 'latest update' applied, since then no electrical problems.

Prior to the March update we were back to the dealers with error messages about every 8 weeks. Will leave well alone until next service in January 2014.

Only current issues are rattles, new one every time the car is driven. Most rattley car I have ever driven apart from a Rover 600 about 15 years ago. Difference was the Rover 600 cost £7k the Evoque £47k.
