I'm afraid evoque_virgin is correct ..... and unfortunately I have photos to prove it. The Prestige "finisher" is actually welded to the pipe which is in turn welded to a big oval box behind the bumper (its either the catalytic converter or DPF) the Dynamics turned down pipes (behind the square chrome bumper plates) are a different shape and are also integral to the catalytic converter or DPF so it’s not a cheap thing to change (I assume) ... so its not just the bumper to change. B****r!

At the moment I working on a plan B and when I have a bit more info on my solution I'll post.

SD4 Prestige Sport Auto 5 Door, Sumatra Black with Ambience interior, Magneride AD, 20" Style 6 Wheels, Panoramic Roof, Surround Cameras, Electric Tailgate, ADRVM.......& Heated Steering Wheel......Gorgeous

I thought those are just exhaust finishers, rather than a totally different exhaust system. If it had a totally different exhaust system, won't they be any power differences? If you see the breakdown of the Dynamic Kit, they didnt mention anything abt exhaust system, just exhaust finishers.

Yeah Ezan, when you actually look at the finishers there is some pretty hefty welding going on that change the end shape quite drastically.

The system actually is a single piece right to the header as well so its not like you can just get the back box section and swap that over.

Excuse for an aftermarket system though! Very Happy

RE: Dynamic with Prestige interior

If you want a Dynamic with Prestige interior, it will be best to buy a Dynamic and upgrade the interior than buy a Prestige and try to convert it to a Dynamic. There are likely to be far fewer knock-on effects like the exhaust, bumpers and so on. Even so, the number and cost of parts to change will be significant and what are you going to do with the box of redundant parts? Sell them on eBay?

A more radical approach would be to buy a Prestige and exchange their interiors, then sell off the other one.

Personally, I don't think it's worth the bother. The Dynamic interior is hardly low-rent and I much prefer the Dynamic exterior.

RE: Dynamic with Prestige interior

Thumbs Up Quite agree Mark, but you can get most of the Prestige interior by speccing the Lux pack on a Dynamic, I admit with only a choice of Red or Black interiors but all you would need to change then would be the front seats for Prestige seats

Lux pack meaning Dynamic Plus? You still won't get the leather top dashboard, no? And the wood trims? A box of spares still sounds good, y'know...

RE: Dynamic with Prestige interior

I think Brunei's option is similiar to UK's, but still coming back to the box of spares - you either get a box of spares of bumpers, or you get a box of spares of seats and interior trims Very Happy
