Sat Nav won't accept any letters?

Hi all,

My Sat Nav has started doing something really weird. When I go to enter postcode all the letters are greyed out?

Only the numbers are highlighted? The box in the top left says "Input Postcode" but I can't!!

If I use the voice system it will accept the postcode, but that's really long winded.

I tried turning the car off and back on, and resetting the sat nav settings, but no joy. What is also weird is it's lost my 'take me home' settings (and this was before I reset the system).

Has anyone seen this?

Cheers

Check the country setting - it is likely to have switched to a euro country where the postcodes start with numbers.

Usually Belgium is the culpret! Always seems to default back to there

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.
