Similar problen used to happen in the Rover 75 & MG ZT with 2 fuel pumps = good old BMW supplied rubbish (pumps that is).

No - waiting on dealer to get back to me re either a full refund or a new car (which I understand would be late June/July delivery so they would also have to provide me a vehicle until then).

I've given them a deadline of Friday morning ....

What was your resolution? What did they find?
Had the reduced performance come up on the display on my wife on the freeway.. She got the car home ok but wouldn't rev past 2500rpm. Disconnected the battery after speaking to the service dept and fault reset. Have done about 5000klms since and didn't reoccur..

Did they gag you from revealing anything?

Or did resolve mean: Hand it back and get refund?

Have the same issues in my 2011 sd4.
Today was the 3:rd time I picked it up in the workshop.
No luck this time either...... "Restricted performance after 15 km drive.

Back again, for the 4:th try........
I talked to the sevicepeople.... They DONT HAVE A CLUE.........!!
They will continue to change parts.

As for now, I'm very tired of my car, and Anything about this issue.
When I drove it today, I was just sitting and waiting for the damn "restricted performance" to come on again.... and BING... There it goes again!

Hope they will get lucky, and chande something that will do the trick! Not very funny relaying on luck....thou..
