They must all have followed your Lead Tim Laughing

Or they were too tight to pay the extra for Metallic in the early days! Wink

Won't do residuals much good then if they all decide to sell at the same time!

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Interesting how that green comes up very Blue (I thought it was Mauritius at first) on my screen. And yet I saw an Aintree green on the road thought it was very dark.

Funnily I'd say 25% White, 30% Grey, 30% Black and 10% Red, 3% Mauritius, 1% Ipanema, 1% Silver! in my area. Not seen a Zanzibar in the Flesh/Metal/Plastic yet!

Yes some of it can be polished out, but some are too deep. Repainting might be an overkill, have to see if I can get a colour pencil and carefully fill up the deep parts.

In fact on dark days the colour is very dark but it seriously lights up in sunny weather. As I said it displays a considerable blue shade.

When I collected my car in december the dealer had a Zanzibar with black pack. looked quite the buisiness, but I'm too old for such a flashy appearance Smile

Never too old for a flashy colour on your car!
