I came in with cash and they came down 800.00, so I think that is in line with your experience. My Evoque is a Pure, with no trade a waiting list that stretches the imagination. I feel pretty good with my deal.

Still much more than in the UK - about AU$65k...

I just wanted to thank everyone for their comments and suggestions. I finally took delivery of our Evoque Prestige in Fuji White and so far it has not disappointed me, especially the wife. Being able to surprise her with such a wonderful vehicle has already erased any reservations I had about possibly getting a better deal.

   

Congratulation, that's another one of us in the wifes' good books.

Lucky you! We only got 500 off (a quick profit of aprox 9k+). Also we got a middle finger as hand shake. Bloody suckers !

You overseas buyers are very lucky, we Brits (remember), we build the things are very lucky to get a £1 knocked off hence the 6-12 month waiting list.

Depends how you look at it. I got 15% off the base price and my car is still more expensive than an equally specced uk version.

Mines an ordered build bc most of the cars in the dealers don't have the roof and AD as options.
