No It wasn't, I just hate when people try to make something look like something it isn;t, ie when Dickheads put an M3 badge on a 320i!!!! etc etc!! But that's my opinion, and last time I checked I think I am entitled to it, just as you are entitled to buy a Pure instead of a Dynamic or Prestige!!!!!

If you want a Pure, Then Great, thats up to you it is a great car, If you want a Prestige, Then Great, it is a great car, etc etc!!

When I ordered a set from Nick, the badge set was listed as "black" which ment the Evoque badge had the black tape in the centre for the Pure model. But the SD/TD badge is still in silver.

I want dynamic exterior styling but hate the dynamic seats. Only option is to mod.

Not surprised badge snobbery is a issue, it is a Range Rover after all. Not sure why people get so worked up about 'protecting' the trim level. Pretty sad really...

I don't see the problem with it, The black badge will look a lot better against the Orkney grey paint.
