Battery died this morning

Battery died this morning and now the center entertainment satnav ect is not working.
2012 evoque pure. i tryed to start it this morning and it all lite up, pressed the buttom.
Every thing went dead. In the end i jumped it with the alarm going off. so it must of been
low. worked but now center consul is just a blank screen. I have taken it on long 40min drive
still nothing. any ideas. thanks

Sorted. I disconnected the battery for a couple of minutes and now all back to normal.
In for a service next week so hopefully they can tell me why it died. Thanks

p/s where's the best place to get a service. Its booked in with Stratstone Bromsgrove.

The obvious. A new batteri, sounds like a short in one of the battericells

even after leaving it for a few hours do you think something has
drained the battery rather then a bad battery ? thanks
