You just need to shop around, look interstate if you have to. I managed to get over 5k off the RRP which is around a 5% saving. I think you will find many dealers who sell premium brands are a lot less reluctant to give out large discounts which is common practice at say Holden, Toyota & Ford dealerships.

I too got fed up with Melbourne dealer attitude, and lack of discounts.
I got a great deal from Rex Gorell in Geelong.
Tell Leon the crazy mauritius blue girl sent you!
Or if you are over the other side of town I think there is a landrover dealer out Morwell way. Might find country dealers more willing to budge on price.

I got about 6k off from memory...but that was before there were any cars available....surely they will start negotiating with all this stock hanging around.... Good luck
