Am I missing anything
Hello All, I thought I would join as I am about to order an Evoque
The spec I have planned at the moment is
Pure SD4 3dr Coupe in Black with
- Tech pack
- Xenons
- Panoramic roof
- Front Fogs
- Rear Camera
- Auto Dimming rear view mirror
Am I missing anything? Am I correct in thinking the Coupe comes with electric seats as standard?
I did consider a prestige as I love the Oxford leather but it is hard to justify the £4k extra and the tax will be a lot more

RE: Am I missing anything
Yes the coupe has electric seats.
I had the same dilemma but once I'd added on all the extras to a pure I bit the bullet and went the whole hog and bought a Prestige. 15 months in and Absolutely no regrets but prob would have had if I'd stuck with the pure. Yes a bit more tax but the comfort of the Prestige is well worth it imho.
Good luck with your choice.
Arrived 16th December 2011: 5 door Prestige SD4 auto in Barolo black with ambience interior, pano roof, privacy and 20" style 6 alloys.

I spec'd much the same initially and then brought the Dynamic, also very glad I did.
I'd probably scrap the Auto dimming rear view in prefrence to the Auto Dipping headlights.
Guess you don't want to spend more, but next up shoud be the Electric tail gate.
MY12 Fuji Dynamic SD4 Manual, Pano Roof, Electric Tailgate with own Close module

Heated steering wheel and spare wheel!
Once I'd specced up a Pure to the level I wanted, it wasn't far short of a Prestige in terms of price, so ended up going for the Prestige.

RE: Am I missing anything
I have ordered a Pure with Tech Pack and dimming rear mirror. Thinking of adding heated wheel and maybe electric boot or camera.
I also drive very dark twisty roads daily. Is the auto dipping headlight option useful and does it work?
Arrived - Pure SD4 Mauritius Blue, tech pack.

RE: Am I missing anything
Thanks for the replies - I could be easily swayed with the Prestige but it is £4k more (taxed at 25%) and I can't see what you get for the money apart from a better grade of leather - am I missing something? Not sure on shiny grille either I like Atlas. For company car land it will mean a bill to me £150/month more than my TT where the Pure with options is £80/month more. The only way to get into a Prestige would be to go for the ED4 2WD - is this a worthwhile compromise?
A few more questions
- How good are the standard lights - could I loose Xenons?
- Does the spare wheel take up any boot room?
- What are the standard tyres like ie are they any good in snow? (the TT was quattro but with 19"s it was rubbish in snow)
- heated wheel or auto dimming lights?
