Not worried about it though. As long as it arrives fine, it will stay that way as I baby my cars and rarely ever have passengers.

As long as it handles at least twice as good as my 2008 Jeep Liberty, I'll be happy. Smile

Jesus an m5 is certainly no sports car, a very fast car yes but no sports car.
You need the simple pleasures of something light and agile, something like an elise/exige or even an mx5.

td4 Pure manual in orkney grey, auto wipers/lights, front fogs, spare wheel. carmats4u mats, travall dog guard. Collected 30/03/12.

Oh that's sadSad
But as far as I concern, separating AD and luxury maybe a point because damper which has AD seems to be little stiff to be called luxury (According to magazines and review from user). Wasn't there any changes for 2013 model in America so that you can now choose both AD and Oxford leather?

The sad thing in Japan is that there are no air-con vents at the rear seatCrying

Sorry, I disagree. The M5 is definitely a sports car and could run laps on a track around most of the "sports cars" out there. Have you ever driven a recent one on a track?

None of the dealers here have info on the 2013 model yet. Even when they get the info next month, I wouldn't want to wait 6 months to order the car and get it in December or next year.

Really? I ordered a Prestige for the interior and then added AD (and Style 6 wheels) as an option - is that not available in the US?

Sadly no. I have no idea why but you can't get the Oxford leather interior and AD together on US-spec cars. Totally sucks!

RE: Adaptive Dynamics

Do you have the option of the Plus pack on the Dynamic in the USA? In the UK that (for a huge amount of extra dosh) gives you supremely comfortable "Recaro" style high back rally car style seats swathed in Oxford leather with matching leather on the dash and dash topper. It is a £3000 extra though.

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Nope. We can't get the rally style seats here!

RE: Adaptive Dynamics

As an aside, Porsche offer adaptive dynamics tech in their engine mounts - that's awesome.

It's not just hydraulic damper? If it does offer AD, that's pretty superSmile just wonder how many people would actually feel that...
