2nd Evoque on Order

I've just placed an order for delivery in August.

I've gone for a Pure Tech SD4 Auto in Santorini Black with the following options

Panoramic Roof
Privacy Glass
Xenon Headlights
Front Fog Lamps
Spare Wheel
Heated Seats Front & Rear
Rear Ventilation
Ebony Headliner
Parking Aid Rear Camera

I would have liked to upgrade the audio system but I have been happy with the standard 325w system and it's quite expensive.

I would have upgraded the audio system on my order too, but the only way you do that is to get a package with the overpriced sat nav, so I shall have to make do with the 325w as well!

MY2014 Pure Plus, Firenze Red, Lunar/Cirrus interior, Climate Care & Vision Assist packages

It was a Pure tech SD4 Auto with less options, it had the panoramic roof and privacy glass. It was also in Santorini black.

But it was one that the dealer had available and I didn't have to wait.

How do you find the ebony headlining, I wished I could have had it on my current Evoque. My wife thinks it'll make it look cramped but i think it finishes it off better.

I think it is in keeping with the car.

Pano roof keeps the interior light enough, the blind/shade is rarely closed.

RE: 2nd Evoque on Order

I agree with Evo-king - I dislike all black interiors but the only other colour available when I ordered my last car was an all red interior with black headliner so I opted for the all black. The interior was fantastically light and airy and by no means dark and dingy with the panoramic roof - the only times I closed the blind was on very sunny days and sometimes when driving urban motorways at night as I disliked the effect of the streetlights through the roof.

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

2nd Evoque on Order

Personal choice, I had the basic audio system in a loaner and noticed the difference straight away.

Somewhere in the North Sea.

I might go to a local dealer as I know they have one in the showroom with the premium audio.

I think I need to test it out

Do you listen to the radio more than streamed or CD music? If so then don't bother with the upgrade as the radio sounds the same on them both! The only other reason I can see for going to the 825w system is if your passengers watch movies on the system when the surround sound might appeal.
