19 ' Wheels 18' Spacesaver

Hi First post here but been on Freelander site 2 + years and thinking of changing Freelander to Evoque.

Looking at 19' Wheels but note that Space-saver wheel is only 18' ?? will this work or can I get 19' space-saver

Don't like foam as if get a puncture and use foam then need new tyre

Not sure 19 feet wheels would fit, maybe 19" would be better

18" spare is the same height as any of the standard 17" to 20" wheel/tyre combo's but is ONLY for temporary use anyway since it has a 50mph/80kmph speed limit and virtually no tread!
