This is a good advice for all of us. I think the problem is a software bug. No one of us can accept this until a reason is found. Ralf

Hi Exigejoe, if you are registered at Topix type in your VIN and you see the complete configuration of your car. Could be interesting to see which kind of springs are built in in the different market...
