I had the issue as well... dealer did an update, didnt solve anything at that time... but no sometime has passed and now works every time :) hopefully will continue that way

I also have the pirellis, they are good but with the snow on the road they were starting to slide Definitely Evoque will move in snow with standard tries, but stopping would be a different story...
