Yes, just received the invite myself. Strange that they do this after opening the events up to the general public.
Unfortunately I am abroad when the Manchester event is on, therefore I will need to travel to Birmingham, so yes, will work out expensive for something that looks as if it is only going to be on for an hour. Be interesting to see if they respond to your comment.

It's also annoying that there are no events to cater for people who live in the North of England and Scotland. It would have made more sense if the events were in London, Manchester and Edinburgh, a much fairer spread IMO.

LR did have a do in London at the boat show in Jan for folk that paid a deposit taken last year, was good as we got in to see the boat show as well and nearly put a deposit down on a £4.5m 88ft toy
