About 20.5 in combined city/hiway on 93 octane.

Dynamic without AD. 2200 miles

Over 21.5 after 2335 miles! And lately I've been selecting S with no degradation in mileage (as long as I drive sensibly).
That's city driving with an average of 35 mph.
Very good news for me!

I agree, S Drive and Competition mode seem to yield the best mileage in city driving, although it's still in the break-in phase. I would expect much better mileage figures after I perfect the 6- speed trans ratios, and put some more miles on the clock.

Can everyone state their avg speed as well? That will give us the ability to see a ratio and know if we're at least getting the same mileage per driving conditions as the next fellow. If you sit in traffic and idle I've noticed a significant drop in avg MPG (worse than my truck). I'm beginning to think this hot four is a thirsty engine at idle!

Avg speed 38mph Avg 20mpg and I'm at 3400 miles. Mine is mixed driving with stop and go traffic. Keep in mind we have winter fuel in Cali which burns more. I've gotten as much as 31 on highway

I agree this thing burns alot of fuel at idle, though tue good thing is that it warms up quickly in the cold

Road trip to the cottage and back. There is drove fast and semi-aggressive and did 22mpg, back I drove much more slowly (but not grandma like) and did 30mpg.

City driving in really bad roads I average 18.1-20mpg but when doing Highway driving I get about 29mpg.

Average speed on the road it shows as 32km an hour, for city
for highway I do about 120km/h

some 75% highway, 15% slower rural roads, and 10% city
average speed - 44 mph (smooth and easy accelerations)
most highway driving is in Dynamic mode
average fuel consumption - 23.4 mpg Sad
The above numbers are after putting 900 miles on the RRE (averaged over last 700 miles)

Same roads, more or less same speeds (perhaps slightly higher as I have not fitted the jammer yet) on my S5 and the 6,000 mile average mpg was 21.0 (that was a V8 ).

The RRE engine is very nimble which I like but I had expected a slightly higher mpg (26+ in the above circumstances would make me happy)

The mpg seems to creep up as the mileage increases. You might hit 26 mpg after you get over 1500 miles.
Very Happy
