I was under the impression if I cancelled I would loose it.
On the other hand if delivery has been delayed where do we stand legally?
Thoughts?
Cheers

Due to the high demand my dealer told me if I were to cancel I would get a full refund for my deposit (2k). So options are still open up to the day of delivery.

Mine is now arriving Dec 28th from Nov 24th. I have a feeling it may go into the new year but my dealer said he would ensure it would arrive no later than the 28th Dec - which to be honest I rather wait a week later to register the vehicle as a 2012 model, but I have a feeling their end of year targets will perhaps bring the date forward.

It's entirely up to you to specify when your car is registered. Their end-of-year targets are their problem, not yours.

My dealer has just sent me an email... at the moment he has heard nothing of 'additional' delays, or order stops, but is going to investigate and get back to me.
