RE: Who to use for insurance?

Admiral is fine, at least for an old dog like me. £200 or thereabouts but that admittedly is with a large voluntary excess, part of a multi-car policy and max no-claims.

Evoque was great, now in an RRS SVR

Admiral. Just make sure that they do include the sunroof is covered as options chosen are considered as modifications. I need to double check that.

Got mine : Dynamic Fuji White with Lux Pack and black contrast roof.
Optional extras : Privacy glass, Heated steering wheel and TPMS.

Just ask any of them if they cover off road use............. even if you don't intend to take your car off to where it was designed to go it is good to have the option of having a play in the mud and know that you have full cover.

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

RE: Who to use for insurance?

Im with LV on my current Discovery. I asked them about the pano roof on the Evoque and they told me that it would be covered on the windscreen cover but that they would only pay the first £100 of any claim which would be a very small percentage of the replacement cost.

RE: Who to use for insurance?

They didn't say that to me, they said it was fully covered under the glass section. This was recorded so I should be fine for the first year!

Hi Peet,
Asked you couple of questions on another area, what dealer/detailers are you using?
