RE: Pure Pricing, Necessary Options?

If you want clearance it's better to stick with a highly optioned Pure. That's what drove me to the pure.

RE: Pure Pricing, Necessary Options?

Hey, so I've reoptioned up, thinking of getting Fuji White now!

Base 53395
Auto 2480
Panoramic Roof 1500
Tech Pack 4500
Clear Vision Pack 1700
Front Sensors 620
Rear cameras 670
Parking Assist 1090
Powered Tailgate 1020
Rear Vents Climate Control 190
dealer Delivery 3000
Stamp Duty 3500
Rego 690
GPS 3400
Privacy Glass 670

This comes to a total of $78,425.

I am thinking of offering dealers $71,000 when I call them on the phone. I'll let you know how it goes.

$71,000 is way too low. Not for all those options you have put on.

At most they will go down to will probably be $76k and that's already pushing it - given the demand of the car at the moment!

Agreed. The most they seem to be willing to give at the moment is a reduced dealer delivery, Even then you are lucky to get that. I got a pretty good deal at $69k - similar spec minus: parking assist, powered tail gate, vents, gps, privacy glass - total of about $6400 in extras. So based on mine you should be looking at about $75.5k at best. Good luck!

Do you think you need park assist. I have known a few with the feature on their cars and they have never used it. Could be a $1,000 saving. Also some on forum were saying the rear vents only blew cold air and not heat. Not a huge problem in Australia but if you pay for them you would think they would work properly.

Fair enough, is the powered tailgate necessary? I've heard the boot lid is very heavy.

That would be a concern if they were charging 1k for the rear vents but at 190, might as well give the rear passengers some a/c.

I personally didn't add the powered tailgate in cause in my opinion it's not that heavy.

An Audi A3 boot felt heavier to me and it's quite easy to close with the handles they hVe on the inside.

Park assist and tailgate aren't necessary options. Clearview, tech pack and pano roof would be the most important options I think. Then add on whatever else.

After all the topic is necessary options.

No its not unless you're an short old man or lady, I would also take off the Privacy Glass you can get tiniting done for about $300-400 which include the front side windows.

Agree, I don't see much use for the Privacy Glass. Its just dark glass.

Window tinting will cost you much less and at least get all your windows done. And reduce the heat.

RE: Pure Pricing, Necessary Options?

Hey guys,

I'ved specced it up again.

Base 53395
Auto 2480
Panoramic Roof 1500
Tech Pack 4500
Clear Vision Pack 1700
Front Sensors 620
Rear cameras 670
Rear Vents Climate Control 190
dealer Delivery 3000
Stamp Duty 3500
Rego 690
GPS 3400

This totals to 75,645. Would it be reasonable to ask for a $73,500/$74,000 driveway price.
