You have a PM in reply to the one you sent me

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Valeter ( and all others just picking their Evoques after long delays), just think that when you pick yours up, it will have delivery miles, will be unmarked and gleaming!!

Unlike mine that I have had for 5 months which now has nearly 5000 miles on it, tar spots on the paint and several small dents when the seatbelt has caught the aluminium centre console.

Maybe it's time that the light hearted jealousy starts to be in favour of the "new" Evoque owners who have stuck with it through the delays and are now picking up their brand new ones.

Good luck with it and I am sure you will be on cloud nine when you finally get the keys.

Waiting for: - 2015 SD4 Dynamic, LUX pack, Auto, 5 door. Mauritius Blue. Santorini Roof........spare wheel.

RE: Due To Collect My Car On Sat 24th March.

Ooh how I am hoping that next time I go for a dynamic with the choice ( hopefully) of the interior & memory seats of the Prestige? The Prestige is lovely but..........

By then we'll have a second generation Evoque with all the issues ironed out!

Enjoy the day and the day after and the day after that.........!

Washed mine last night. Haven't driven it today and it'll need another rinse before I do.

RE: Due To Collect My Car On Sat 24th March.

Left the dealer with it at around 4pm & just love it. I will eventually work out how to sort the photos lol. I took a couple more before I left & the roof rails are now fitted too. The pictures initially will go directly in the Photobucket album in the link above.

Collected the car with 555 forum posts! There was a thread a while back saying many who have waited reached around 600 posts when they collected!
