1st Evoque - ldampman - 28-03-2016 09:59pm Just got my first Evoque this weekend. These cars have got to be one of the most eye grabbing cars out there. I'm so excited to have it. We decided since they hold their values so well that our first one would be a used one, so we got a 2013. My fist question to this site would have to be how does someone know what model I have if there is no noticeable emblems on the car to identify it. The sales person told us it was a Premium Plus. How do we know this for sure? The VIN reads VP2BG60HXXXX. Any help would be appreciated. I'm looking forward in changing up the wheels and tires. Got to start somewhere! I wanted to add a pic but couldn't NOTE - VIN Edited by Forum Moderator, for your own security please do not post full VIN's in open forum as they can easily be used by criminals for other purposes RE: 1st Evoque - sjsp - 28-03-2016 10:03pm Try TOPIX https://topix.landrover.jlrext.com/topix/vehicle/lookupForm Enter the VIN for your Evoque. RE: 1st Evoque - AndyFrance - 29-03-2016 05:54am I have written this before, and I dare say I'll have to write it again and again. TOPIx cannot be relied upon to be correct. My 'Minor features' list had error's before the car even left the factory. JLR have the ability to alter that list at their leisure throughout the car's life, so it is not definitive. If you email or PM me an email address that will accept about 40mbs attachments I can email you a scanned copy of the full brochure and the separate "Comparison Brochure" that shows what was standard on the Pure, Prestige and Dynamic Models for 2013 RE: 1st Evoque - Steve D - 30-03-2016 07:06pm Here's a link for a 2012 model. I'm not sure but I think it's the same for 2013. http://landrover.brochures.tagworldwide.com/Landrover/Evoque/120/dl/evoque_120_en_GB.pdf RE: 1st Evoque - Dottyflo - 30-03-2016 07:31pm (30-03-2016 07:06pm)Steve D Wrote: Here's a link for a 2012 model. Thanks for the link Steve Found that interesting reading on the different specs available RE: 1st Evoque - Clip - 31-03-2016 10:13am They certainly still turn heads. One of the only vehicles ever that actually translated a radical design "concept" into a reality with little compromise and staying true to that original concept. For that alone JLR should be congratulated. |
