Land Rover's JD Power rating - omegabob - 12-05-2014 11:05pm Jalopnik article about Land Rover's recent JD Power ratings: Here’s Why Land Rover Doesn’t Care About JD Power Ratings Articles like this give me second... third... thoughts about eventually purchasing an Evoque in the near future; then I see one drive by me and I think its fate that I must own one! RE: Land Rover's JD Power rating - PhilSkill - 13-05-2014 05:53pm Maybe that title should read, "Why Land Rover Owners Don't Care about JD Power (and it's attention grabbing) Ratings" I get excellent service from my dealer, they don't lend out Volkswagens without hubcaps, the only complaint would be the overall price, but they are certainly no different to Audi and BMW in those stakes and will generally negotiate a bit! RE: Land Rover's JD Power rating - XFullFatTim - 13-05-2014 06:16pm My responce would be "Don't believe everything you read in the press" It is odd that in the UK JD Power ratings Land Rover do not get comments like those the Americans feel the company deserves and I think that you will find quite a few American Land Rover buyers on this forum who have told us that they get excellent service from Land Rover North America although we have had one or two American members who certainly claim to have had the sort of treatment that is mentioned. |
