Recall something on here about delays to 2014MY cars with In-Control and Adaptive Cruise Control but think 9 speed will be available as planned in November.

ok great i have gone for the manual this time .......... but i guess a face to face with dealer is needed , phone calls aren't working at all

I posted this elsewhere. My 2014MY Dynamic Auto Plus Lux with Intelligence Pack and with 98% of the options boxes ticked (smoker's kit, solar attenuating glass and no spare I think are the only options I'm NOT having) scheduled for Nov5-6th build has been delayed until mid February build if I wanted the In Control and Adaptive, if I could live without them then the car could still have the original build date. It suits me to have a February build date so I've gone delayed the build to have all the options. If you are having problems with your local dealer it does pay to travel to a decent one. If your local one isn't keeping you up to speed then also let our mates at Customer Services know that the dealer isn't performing to expectations.

Are you having surround cameras? Someone on another forum had the option to delete them or delay delivery til the problem is sorted with them.

Delays are from a new system being used called SAP.

Many companies have had problems installing SAP, some have been almost put into the wall be the experience.
