For info here is the part numbers and prices for the rubber mats.
Set of 4 floor mats VPLVS0123PVJ £80+vat retail
Boot rubber mat VPLVS0091 £75+vat retail.

TBH I would say throw away your fancy carpet mats, LR's own rubber mats for all the cars they make are superbly designed for the job and will retain loads of muck and water that you might traipse into the car! You will not find many cars where the rubber mats need a bucket and sponge to drain them after we've had our 2cms of snow

Is the boot rubber mat moulded to fit around the edges of the boot or is it just a flat rubber mat?

Its shaped to match the boot outer edgees

There is also a boot liner tray available for the Evoque if you have a look in the Accessories post
