Today I needed some fuse taps to wire in a dash cam.
Halfords didn't have any on the shelf but had stock that they use for their installation work.
Would they sell me one?
A bit fat no can do, There's no bar code on them. We offered to donate to their Christmas fund if they gave us one but still no dice.
Talk about protecting your interests.

It's the old story of, it's on the shelf but the computer shows zero stock so I can't but a sale though the till

Suggest you look in yellow pages for motor factors although I have a very good autoparts shop Stirling that are open 7 days a week and seem to stock just about anything you need for a car!
