2013 Land Rover Freelander 2 review - cutter7 - 30-11-2012 09:54am http://www.whatcar.com/car-news/2013-land-rover-freelander-2-review/264703 RE: 2013 Land Rover Freelander 2 review - J77 - 30-11-2012 11:59pm The Freelander is a good car, I've had two and thinking about going back to Freelander. I've speced one up TD4 XS in Mauritius blue with a few extras £31,725. A bog standard pure for only £730 less doesn't even come close spec wise. The Evoque beats it on looks and handling but that's it. RE: 2013 Land Rover Freelander 2 review - IKM - 01-12-2012 12:17am I'm with you J77, at a point of no return for another 2 years with the Evoque, or cutting my losses now for an additional Freelander (2013 model), or current RRS or Disco 4. Can't see past buying a LR. RE: 2013 Land Rover Freelander 2 review - J77 - 01-12-2012 12:29am The Evoque is due it's service in a fortnight and I will be taken a loan car which is guaranteed to be a Freelander, hopefully a 13MY, so I will give myself an extended test drive. I like the more traditional feel of the Fl2, higher seating position etc but I like the looks of the Evoque and how it drives. I just feel there is something missing from the Evoque and I don't know what it is.
