Woke up to find the shed roof felt up my neighbours tree, the fence flopping around like a few sheets of paper selotaped together and then just as the DIY stores closed for the day the heating decided to start casually pouring it's fluid content all over the floor and therefore the ceiling of downstairs...

And now we have the remnants of Superstorm Sandy arriving... Seems I have a bit on...

Just a bit, good luck with it all.

Suggest you have a quiet word to the shed, not sure it should running around the neighborhood feeling up trees Wink

Yes Naughty Shed! Fortunately no further damage in the storm.

Turned a necessity into a virtue and fitted a SpiroTrap MB3 to the heating system since it was drained, been meaning to do that for a while so suddenly became priority number 1. Fixed the leaky pipe, fitted the SpiroTrap, bled the system, added some Sentinel X100 Inhibitor, dried everything out and Heating back to normal. Very Happy

Now £80 worth of shed felt to fit! Or maybe i'll prop up the broken fence posts for now... Sad

Could have been worse Phil, you could be under a couple of feet of flood water............

Indeed Tim, I can't complain. At least it's all fixable easily myself.

If I flood, say goodbye to most of GB! Laughing

The area I live in is all the flood plain of the River Forth and most of it has been underwater for about a week but I'm on the higher ground 20m above the river.

That's good sounds plenty high enough, seems a metre or two is easily surpassed at the moment!
