What's the highest you can keep the heated seats for any length of time - wavey.dave - 10-11-2012 12:47am

I tried 2 last week, I could have fried an egg on my backside by the time I'd suffered 20 minutes. 1 is lovely and toasty at the moment.

Anyone here brave 3?

I keep mine on 3 all the time Smile

I leave it on setting 3 until there is a 'smell of burning bacon', .......then I turn it down!

I thought these dropped down from 3 to 2 to 1 over a period of time, or am I confusing this with my previous Merc?

I ran both the heated steering wheel and the seat this afternoon.................. lasted about 2 miles before I had to turn the steering wheel heater off and the seats down to 1 and about 2 miles later off. I have also found that unlike last winter I am getting hot air out of the vents quite quickly with the setting at 24.

3 for a few minutes then 1 and off quite quickly...
