Yes, that's where the controller for the RSE lives on cars with RSE.

I think you must be thinking of the FFRR, the remote for the RSE actually lives in the centre, under the arm rest ( on mine it's under the rear vents ) I think it's just a storage area for cars without the RSE. I still have the storage/cubby hole in the rear arm rest.

I've also found the rubber floor of the compartment next to the cup holders can be removed for cleaning... Suck it up with a Hoover.

I went out for a few drinks a couple of weeks back, my wife and son collected me, so had to sit in the back.

The next day I couldn't find my mobile phone or front door keys, lots of abuse about drinking less the next time I go out.

Anyhow, I checked with the pub, no phones left there, so borrowed my wifes phone to ring mine, eventually I got as far as the car and bingo, my phone was ringing inside the car and it was nicely tucked away in the rear armrest. Doh.EmbarrassedEmbarrassed
