When I was considering having a contrast roof wrap on a car with panoramic roof the local wrapping company advised against doing it! They claimed that the strip across the front of the roof between the windscreen and the front edge of the glass roof was likely to peel back quite easily as it isn't very wide, it's ok if you don't have the pano roof, then there are less fiddly corners close by each other. Also they were charging the same for pano roof wrapping as for a non pano roof wrap to reduce the number of joins/ butted edges which are where peeling can start

Having had various areas of my car wrapped I think I can speak with some authority on the subject. It's been almost a year and there's been no degradation. It still looks great and blends in nicely with the original factory finish.
