Thought it was a 60 litre tank.
Just filled it up with 63 litres?

You must have the missing bit from my tank, I've only ever maxed out @ 55 litres!

60 litres is listed capacity, maybe the fuel filler neck is not included, but more importantly, how much fuel was showing before you filled up, as on those figures you must have been running on air!

Must have been on the "safety margin" that stops the fuel pump and commonrail system from being damaged by drawing air into it too.

My caddy is "60" but I very often get 68 into it!

I think along these lines also... and would suggest you must have been very empty. I have to be careful with the wife and the fuel gauge - she insist it is "E" for Enough...!

Thought it was strange. I was very empty but didn't expect that. Then I thought it could be a dodgy fuel station ripping me off?!
