Evoque is quite a bit lower than Freelander. It is noticeable from the drivers seat too. The freelander you basically sat on, where as in the Evoque you sat in it. The Evoque felt like is comforted you more, whilst sitting lower. interestingly the SD4 freelander felt so much slow than the TD4 Evoque, must have been the difference in the auto boxes I suspect.
