Fake LR wheels - XFullFatTim - 10-04-2012 10:38am This is less likely to happen to an Evoque by virtue of it's lower weight but it is something everybody on here can learn from. Bear in mind that these cars weight in at 2.8tonnes and can be loaded up to 3.5tonnes and the result of this could have been horrendous. RRS/FFRR and Disco3-4 have very high weight rated tyres and wheels which many choose not to adhere to for the sake of looks. Cheap wheels don't necessarily mean safe wheels................... My initial thought was to go for cheaper winter alloys to save some money, but after seeing these pictures, I think I'll be swapping the rubber every winter. |
