As the title says, I'm not sure if this is frowned upon or not by the management of this site, but I thought I'd let you know. The person has 0 posts and only invited me to join another site. That was it.

Thanks for the reports guys, extremely underhand and disgusting practice by the owner/users of another forum.
Due to this, newly registered users are now not allowed to PM.
