Must say that the Evoque detachable hook is the easiest to release that I have had on any Range Rover, the key though is still not thick enough for the job and I can see them being twisted easily just like the RRS/D4/FFRR keys

Is this for the LR (Thule) bar? If so, £30 more buys you a witter bar from Towbarsdirect.co.uk and 95% less butchering required of the bumperConfused:
