Well if you want a two seater go for the coupeTwisted EvilWink

Seriously, if you don't need access to the rear Deffo go for coupe.

Coupe has more restricted rear vision, so reversing camera is a must. Also, the coupe doors are longer, so getting out of the thing is more difficult when you are in a tight parking space.

As for the rear access, it's a bit like having an uncomfortable bed in the spare room. Friends will try it once and volunteer not to next time.

I went for 5 door but changed the order for Coupe after first car delayed.

Everything is a plus with the Coupe but the electric seats are annoyingly slow to move forward to get in the back. The "catch" at the top of the seat to pull it forward is pretty flimsy?

I would have the 5 door if you are using the back seats constantly because moving the seats forward will grate after not a short time?!

Cheers Shaun.

Gaz.

When we went for our test drive I was adamant we were going to get a 5dr.

How wrong was I, my missus fell in love with the coupe, bearing in mind we have an 85yr old in law, a 5dr was important, but my missus said m-in-law car go in the little Punto if she needs transporting. hehe.

The other thing we considered was access in and out, as many reviews said it was awkward.

Well you have to be agile, but it wasn't as bad as we feared, in reality the rear seat won't get used too often, so a coupe it is for us.

My 85 and 82 year old parents had no problem getting in and out of mine once they had had a practise run - mother finds getting in more difficult than getting out of it but proudly proclaimed last week that it was actually easier than getting in and out of the back of their last generation Honda Civic 3 door, which my mother refused to get into the back of as it was too difficult for her since she has had both hip joints replaced!
