Rear brake pad and disc replacement. - ianrichardson - 08-03-2019 11:59am I'm just about to replace the rear pads and discs on my 2017 2.0 TD4 Convertible. For a car that is only 2 years old the discs are in a terrible state! Putting the car into service mode is a given, I just wonder whether anybody recommends pulling the two EPB fuses FA11 and FA12 located in the boot out? Just checked and my Evoque doesn't ANY fuses associated with the EPB! Now that is strange! I know the car will go to sleep after the ignition is left on for 10 mins of inactivity and I assume the car won't come out of the Service mode, so this would be an extra 'safety' mode! On the Disco 3 we used to pull the fuse out of the EPB 'just in case'! I seem to remember that it was FL8, I may be wrong.
