Thank you for the pictures, I've been wanting to see Indus Silver Dynamic on the black Stryle 8 wheels, and I am definitely on the right track. Only difference is I want a contrast black pano roof.

Tony,

one for you.

Sounds like LR Rolling Eyes!

Pete, out of interest, now that you've experienced the evoque first hand, what would you have changed?

@bas - u cld go for the hardline and say that the date given was part of yr purchase contract so u should be able to change. Hopefully they will let u but they may also say that it will have a knock-on effect on yr delivery date! Depends how much u want yr changes as to how hard u play.

Peter, I was told that my spec was also fixed way back in May when I wanted to change the colour.

Just to echo what everybody else has said, great day and very well presented, was there aT 2:15, four blokes who made a full day of it, pub ect ect.

Happy with my choice of coupe, happy with red/black interior, just checking which wheels i have ordered.

I felt Sat NAV was slow to keep up with turn and location, didn't find the 3D bit...sync'd seamless with iphone, test didn't have dual screen i tried.
Glad I've gone for the bench seat in the rear( although with kids no brainer really) but the sculptured add on seat in the rear thingies look poor to me, the leather looked to crumpled at the side's as if a big man like myself and sat there and squashed the preformed seat,.

After discovery off roading the terapod thing was a little tame, Park assist demo didn't have me rushing to change my order.

GOOD DAY THOUGH, shame our local cricket cup final was rained off, but we headed for pub instead.

Realise it's not the same as you don't get a drive but LR (and the Evoque) will be at the Streets of Durham Festival 26-28th August. Be able to get a good nose at one.

When you pull back into York racecourse you drive along a short private road before turning into the main compound. This private road was really bad quality and I felt virtually every bump coming through the car. It made the suspension feel quite harsh.

Yes, I would have to agree with you Mallam about the harsh ride over that last part of the drive. It's the only time it felt that the suspension couldn't cope but put that down to how bad the road actually was rather than the lack of AD's and 20" rims.
From what you say though, I'm now pleased that I had added the AD's to my order before it was submitted to the factory.

Not sure what you mean by that. You use the same button to move the seat back as you do to move it forward????? (unless it was broken of course!)

I originally decided on a white Dynamic coupe with black Oxford leather. ive now gone for it in red with red leather. Though i think the Indus and Orkney colors are also very very nice and it was a hard choice to make for me.

I took away the black centre trim of the dash that came with the seats as a NCO as the one i saw in the demo was already scratched and marked. so ivegoe for the brushed allimium one.
