RE: Age profile........... - BMW86 - 26-12-2011 12:40am I'll be 25 before the end of 2011 but the Evoque will be a shared daily driver for work. RE: Age profile........... - Moz - 30-12-2011 07:19pm 38 here, but its the wifes daily snotter. I have to make do with a Maserati GranTurismo S or Ferrari Scuderia unfortunately! RE: Age profile........... - johnboy - 30-12-2011 10:21pm 54 years young but will be 55 by the time it arrives ? I visited them last month in Hethel and their day's production was just 9 cars. I didnt know that! Yea their are a few Exiges here, but twice as many Elise though! How old is the 'average' Evoque driver!? - MrHooky - 21-01-2012 12:16am Just curious and appreciate a personal question. My wife and I are new to the brand and bought into all the marketing speak in that the Pure for us is an affordable way to get a Range Rover. Two small kids means we need size but never really lusted after a 4x4 until we went to the Evoque launch event. Certainly wouldn't have considered a RRS or FFRR in the past, and the Freelander is just a bit bland... I'm 28, and wondered just how old the rest of you Evoquers are... RE: How old is the 'average' Evoque driver!? - The Valeter - 21-01-2012 12:21am I am 46. If you are 28 how have you found insurance quotes/costs? I got one yesterday for £1300 & I have full no claims (Dynamic Lux Si4) = having a laugh. We are in the rather fortunate position whereby my wife's work scheme is a fully insured fully maintained monthly payment which makes life easier. For what it's worth though the other household car is a 3.2 TT which is c.£700 and group 19, 5 years no claims. Admittedly the TT is worth peanuts compared to your car though. A few years ago I was paying nearly £2k to insure a Megane 225. God knows why, what a waste of money! Interesting spread of ages non the less... Off The Original Topic but the whilst the value of the car may have an effect in the premium it is not neccessarialy the main cause = the same company "Avviva" quoted me £400 for my MG Montego & that was a "Market Value" claim which would be useless for me as that would likely be scrap value & it is worth far more than that A 3.2 Liter Audi TT can do a lot of damage in the wrong hands!! |
