Hi All

Lots of interesting discussions, so thought I'd finally join in a bit, looking forward to a possible Oct Del date, although not confirmed yet, Had deposit in since Apr.

Hi All,

Very (very) seriously considering an Evoque - probably not until the New Year, but it's great fun dreaming, scheming, and getting out the magic calculator to see what I can afford.

Anyway, just found this site, so looking forward to hearing what you all think of your Evoques and what you would change/do differently.

Cheers,

Dave

Hi all, not exactly my first post here...but just hanging out in this forum to get to know the new Evoque. It has yet to be launched here, and all the info i had gotten of it is from the internet. Stumbling into this forum made me learn more of this beautiful SUV. I humbly apologise if some of my questions are a bit 'off' but somehow the options available to us here in Brunei are very different to you guys in UK (quite a few standard items becoming optional!), apart from that with the 'shoehorned' palette that LR has given with the Evoque, personalisation is really difficult! But anyhow, hope you guys are welcoming and hoping to get to know this 'very likely future purchase' more!

Hello,

I am from Switzerland, the French speaking part, near Geneva.
Actually I have a Mini Clubman Cooper S and a Lotus Elise Mk2.

To replace the Clubman, I ordered an Evoque Si4, 5 doors, with Dynamic Plus package... Delivery is plan for beginning of November, first lot of 5 doors in Switzerland...
Now I have to fix my choice for the color. Initially I was decided for Stornoway Grey, but as it is no more available, I have to change...
Still basic and classic, so choose the replacement color which is "Orkney Grey" or take a good British color, the Galway Green... I have to decide until tomorrow...

Cheers,

Sebastien

I thought Stornoway was back available again...... if you still want it you should ask.

No... I just saw yesterday a paper from Land Rover Switzerland saying that Stornoway Grey is definitely replaced by Orkney Grey. Maybe it is different in UK... and perhaps in 2012 it will be different, but I can't wait to have my Evoque, so it will be OG Wink

Hi, a short introduction from a new member living in Germany. Fell in love with the RRE in January at its first presentation at the Boot trade Show in Düsseldorf at the Sunseeker booth. My new Fuji white Prestige should be built in October and be delivered in November. It will replace a 2008 Lancia Phedra and will be my first 4 wheel driven and my first british car. I also drive a Porsche 964 and a 924 Le Mans, my wifes car is a VW Eos.
Found a lot of useful informations here at my visits so I joined this forum.
Best regards, Christian

Hi folks, just joined. Nice forums. I've been reading a lot about Evoques but am worried that after many years of happy and fault free Porsche and Aston ownership there still seems to be a huge question mark over reliability and it worries me. I have a deposit on a White Dynamic Plus with just about all the optional extras that I put on yesterday and can collect on Tuesday from a non-Land Rover dealership who claim to have 10 cars available for delivery before the beginning of October, thing is they are looking at £3000 over list even on a cash sale. I have a 3 month old highly modified Cayenne Turbo (it's good to earn enough to buy a new car on each month's salary!) and the Evoque will be joining my Kahn Bentley GTC,) I might keep the Porsche and give the girlfriend the Evoque as a birthday present, she loves cars given Kahn or Overfinch treatment and will want it wrapped in Pink and Black like my good footballing mate's girlfriend is getting on Saturday for her birthday. Right better go and kick a few balls around at practise, hope to be on more often.
