Fortunately l/km are the same the world over.

8.5L/100km for me on tank #1. Quoted combined cycle to Australian customers is 6.9L/100km... So about 25% off the mark!

On tank 1? you mean your first fill... come on give the engine a chance!

Although I'm 26% off the mark at 9000miles! Sad

So stands to reason perhaps that illusive increase in MPG might not actually happen Smile I will be religiously recording my mileage using Roadtrip iPhone app

Based upon L/100km, I'm getting 6.6L/100km (whole life average). Not too shabby methinks.

That is bloody good! A lot of highway trips for you?

Got myself a new record today.
filled the tank with super-diesel and took it easy into work.
This was the result of my 40 mile commute down the M4 and into London (so includes the traffic at the London end).

It's fallen back to 44.5 after the return journey, but that's just because the traffic is much much worse for me getting out of London at night. Sad

was mostly sat at about 55 on cruise.... it's the easiest way for me not to be tempted to squeeze the pedal Very Happy
