Your dealer is talking nonsense I'm afraid - there is always a part number from the factory. You can look them up at lrparts.net.ru. Here they are:
Thanks!

thanks for the part number.
Yes the plastic centre trim is inside the tailgate, it's the bit right behind the number plate. The clips are hard to remove, so give them some welle to release them.

Hi, LIONHEAD.

I have just bought and received the blinking 3rd brake light from Kahtec: http://www.kahtec.com/index.htm

As you said on your post.. "The shop advised no need to remove the spoiler as they just removed the 3rd brakelight assembly to install (don't know exactly how they did it though). They advised took them 20 minutes but now they know how to install, probably only takes 10-15 minutes."

Would you kindly be willing, to let me have the garages e-mail address, so that i could contact them to ask them how to remove the 3rd brake light from the spoiler?.

I have asked my local LR dealer in the UK, but so far have had no reply..

Many Thanks..Very Happy

I would ask them before purchasing any one of these exhaust or tips to make sure they will fit the Evoque. I could be wrong but I highly doubt they've installed and tested each and every one of these universal parts on the Evoque and therefore there could be a chance they don't fit correclty, you need additional modifications or the tips stick out too much. With an aftermarket company that caters to several different cars, many times these parts won't fit certain cars eventhough they show as "Universal Part"s but again who knows they might have done all the testing before putting them on their website for the Evoque. It can be a hassle to return the parts if they don't fit correctly.
