Just had confirmation that my Prestige was off production line last friday, after problems
with Xenon and reverse camera, so should be at the dealers this week sometime

Just received from my dealer a print out of my order. Original build date was 25th Novemeber, with delivery date of 8th December. New build date is 16th December with delivery now showing as 30th December. I assume this is due to my specifying Bi-Xenons.
Not unduly concerned, as I can now have it registered for 2012.

When I ordered in March I was told 1st September, in August it was put back to November 24th, had an email from Stratstone yesterday saying they will be getting updates next week so I am expecting it to go back again
Prestige, 5 door, all the trimmings and toys (except wheels - stayed with 19"), Ipanema Sand with black roof (&panoramic), Tan interior.
Don't understand why there are 44 for sale in Auto Trader tonight (all dealers), yet I am being made to wait for mine.

Are those 44 physical cars or are they build slots?
Also GeeCee I'm surprised that yours is being put back so much as it appears to be a very high spec car like most of the early deliveries. Maybe with only 2 Ipanema Sand cars on the forum LR are saving up the orders to make it worth opening the one tin of paint they will need for yours and Griff's........................

Went into my local dealers on tuesday, spoke to one of the salesmen and he said that since launch date they had only delivered 3 cars but had 75 on order. no wonder there are not many on the road, by the looks of it most are going for export and poor old us are suffering!!
They had a few cars for display but they cannot sell them until they are replaced as they have to have all the different models on display.

I am buying one of the showroom cars which I get next week, my dealer told me that although they has 3 showroom cars, one of each spec Land Rover told them they only had to keep a 3 and 5 door version. Very pleased with this result so if anyone is desparate to get their hand on one sooner rather than later may be worth calling a few dealers and see what they say.

We live in hope that my car will be delivered on 3rd Nov as currently planned.
