Have you checked the spark plugs? What's your mileage?
I replaced mine last week (and air filter) with 118,000 KM and it fixed the stumble/hesitation leaving a stop.

If you’re using 99 octane fuel in a SD4 engine or changing spark plugs, you’ve got a major problem!

Edit: Ah, just read the whole 'SD4 Engine flat spot' thread. Just seen Carlos 50’s post. He wasn’t the OP but jumped in on the thread later. I didn’t see his first post in this thread stating what engine he had.
