Has anyone got a link to version 2 of the full (single pdf) manual? Want to try to put it on SHMBO's Kindle so she actually reads it
but don't really want to spend an age doing each section from TOPIx.

I believe (from SHMBO) that you can just put pdf's on it (using USB connection to PC).
